Your choice of vehicle determines the per-kilometre and hourly rate. Premium saloon for smooth journeys with 1–3 passengers, electric van for groups or bulky luggage.
Public holiday rates apply only on official French public holidays.
For a standard point-to-point journey A → B, the calculation is based on the actual road distance calculated by Google Maps at the time of booking. This distance is multiplied by the per-kilometre rate for your chosen vehicle.
For standby time, the rate is fixed per hour — the driver remains with you, regardless of journeys made during the service. The minimum duration is 2 hours.
A minimum fare applies to ensure service viability on very short journeys: 56,00 € for a sedan, 100,00 € for a van.
The night rate applies to journeys where the pick-up time falls between 20:45 and 06:30. A surcharge applied to the per-kilometre rate covers the service outside standard business hours.
On official public holidays (1st January, Easter Monday, 1st May, 8 May, Ascension Thursday, Whit Monday, 14 July, 15 August, 1st November, 11 November, 25 December), an increased per-kilometre rate applies: 2,80 €/km for a sedan, 3,50 €/km for a van.
You can add up to 5 stops on your route (pick someone up, drop off a bag, etc.). The total distance is recalculated and affects the rate proportionally. No flat-rate stop fee.
For prolonged waiting at an intermediate point, the standby mode is more economical than a journey with a long stop. Choose this mode whenever you know you will need to wait more than 30 minutes.
For the same journey, the final rate depends on your client profile. The mechanism is entirely transparent and applied automatically at booking.
The base rate, applicable to any personal or family booking. This is the rate grid published above, with no modification.
For billable business travel: a 10% surcharge on the standard rate, in exchange for itemised invoicing and dedicated accounting support.
Hotels, concierge services, event agencies: a preferential rate of −10% by default, adjustable depending on the nature of the partnership. Request a partnership.

No. Once your booking is confirmed, the rate is locked in. Only changes on your part — a significant detour, unexpected prolonged waiting, additional stops — may result in an adjustment, and only after verbal agreement on site.
The night rate is based on the pick-up time — between 20:45 and 06:30. If the journey begins before 20:45 but extends into the evening, the daytime rate applies to the entire journey.
Select the Professional profile at booking. An itemised invoice is automatically generated and sent by email after the journey. For specific accounting needs (purchase order number, internal client code), note this in the comments.
